What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and PayPal. Charges are in U.S. dollars. For international purchasers, your credit card bank will determine the exchange rate.

How Long Will It Take To Process My Order?

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible – subject to product availability, receipt of payment, and credit card authorization.

In-stock merchandise will be shipped within approximately 3 business days after your order is received. During the holiday season and other high demand times, your order may take up to 5 days to process.

Pre-sale items are not currently in stock. Expected availability dates are noted on the individual product pages and may be subject to change.

We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order, and another email when your order has been processed. Please feel free to Contact Us should you have any questions in the interim.

Will I Need To Pay Sales Tax?

If your item is being shipped to an address in California, a flat rate of 9.125% on the total amount will be applied. If your order is being shipped internationally, the purchase may be subject to applicable taxes and import duties in the destination country, which are the customer’s responsibility.

How Do I Cancel An Order Before It Has Shipped?

First, log into your account and check the status of your order. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please email [email protected]. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation and the amount of your refund, which will be processed within 30 days of the original purchase.

If your order has already shipped, please follow the FAQ instructions under “How Do I Return An Item?”.

How Do I Redeem A MotoChic Gear eGift Card And What Are The Guidelines?

MotoChic eGift Cards can only be applied towards merchandise purchases on the MotoChic Gear website. To redeem, enter the number in the “Gift Card” field and select “Apply Gift Card” upon checkout. Note that only one eGift Card can be used per order, and will be applied towards the pre-tax total of merchandise in your shopping cart. If the pre-tax total exceeds the amount of your eGift Card, PayPal or any major credit card can be used to cover the difference. Customers will be responsible for any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

eGift Cards are transferable and they do not expire. Balances of $10 or less may be refunded to the recipient via PayPal (if the recipient has an account) or a check can be issued upon request. For additional assistance, please Contact Us.

What Should I Do If My MotoChic eGift Card Is Lost Or Stolen?

Please Contact Us if your eGift Card is lost or stolen. If the card is unused, we can deactivate the eGift Card Number and issue you a new one. However, if the eGift Card has been used, MotoChic Gear is not responsible for the replacement.

How does The Lauren Layaway Plan work?

The Lauren Layaway Plan allows you to purchase any MotoChic® Lauren or Lauren Sport bag via two interest-free installment payments. Select the “Pay Deposit” option on any Lauren product page below the “Add To Cart” button. A 50% deposit will be due upon ordering, and the remaining 50% plus tax and shipping will be due 4 weeks from the initial order date. After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This will contain a link to pay the remaining balance including any taxes and/or shipping. If you don’t receive it, check your spam/junk folder (see “Not receiving email” FAQ above) or contact us.

You have the option of making the second payment anytime before 4 weeks are up, and will receive a reminder email two weeks after your order date to let you know when your final payment is due. Regrettably, if we don’t receive your final payment after 4 weeks, we will cancel your order and refund your deposit via your original form of payment.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

MotoChic offers FREE standard shipping within the U.S., which takes approximately 3 to 4 business days AFTER your order is processed. In-stock merchandise orders will generally be processed within 3 business days after your order is received. During the holiday season and other high demand times, your order may take up to 5 days to process.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We offer standard shipping to all USPS approved Canada and international destinations. Shipping will take approximately 6 to 10 business days DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) AFTER your order is processed. In-stock merchandise orders will generally be processed within 3 business days after your order is received. During the holiday season and other high demand times, your order may take up to 5 days to process.

For rates, enter your shipping details during checkout. We also offer shipping discounts for purchasing multiple items:

  • Buy 2 of the same item and receive free shipping on your second item
  • Buy 3 or more of the same item and receive 50% off shipping per item
  • Buy 2 different items and shipping on the lower priced item will be free

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, local carrier Collect on Delivery (COD) charges, etc. are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse a shipment upon delivery), and we cannot predict what those charges will be. It is possible that you will need to pay these fees in order for your package to clear customs. Customs authorities require MotoChic to state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

MotoChic reserves the right to cancel international orders due to situations beyond our control in the recipient’s country. If this is the case, we will promptly issue a refund.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Except for any products designated on this site as non-returnable, we will accept returns on items in their original condition (unused, undamaged, unworn, all tags attached) for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase. We regret that we do not offer merchandise exchanges at this time.

Brake Free products are returnable within 14 days of DELIVERY,  provided such products are returned in their original or like-new condition.

Unless an error was made by MotoChic Gear, the cost of shipping a return and the risk of loss during shipment will be the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

You will receive your refund in the original form of payment within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Please note that taxes and original shipping charges (including customs, duties, etc. that are paid by the purchaser) are nonrefundable.

How Do I Return An Item?

Contact Us with your name, email address, phone number, order ID#, and reason for your return. You will receive an Order Return Confirmation email with instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to MotoChic Gear. Items returned without an Order Return Confirmation will not be accepted.

How Do I Clean My MotoChic Gear Bag?

The Lauren and Valerie bags are made of durable, lightweight polyester, leather, and a PU coated interior for water resistance and protection against spills/stain. To clean the polyester, nylon straps, and PU coated interior, wipe gently with a damp towel. We recommend good quality leather cleaner for the leather components.

How Do I Clean My MotoChic Gear Tee?

For best results, your MotoChic Gear tee is machine washable in cold water with like colors, and may be tumbled dry on a low heat setting. Note: Tees are not pre-shrunk and may shrink 5-7% after washing and drying.

How Do I Select The Proper Size MotoChic Cooling Base Layer Top?

Sizing is American and should run true to size chart:

To measure your bust/chest, place a measuring tape flat but not too snugly around the widest area. To measure your waist, place a measuring tape with 1/4-inch slack flat around your waist between your bottom ribs and hip bones, and relax your stomach. To measure your hips, place a measuring tape flat around the widest area of your hips below the hip bone and around your bum.

If your measurements fall in between two sizes on the size chart, we recommend ordering the larger size. We do not offer XL and 2XL in ladies due to the top’s pre-cut hourglass fit but a Mens L or XL may work for you.

How Do I Clean My MotoChic Cooling Base Layer Top?

To clean your MotoChic Cooling Base Layer Top, machine wash inside out in cold water. DO NOT put in the dryer. For multiple day use, you can also hand wash your top in the tub, sink, or shower and wring it out in a towel. It comes out practically dry and can be worn immediately. On extremely hot days, we suggest soaking it before riding to maximize its amazing cooling effects!

How Do I Select The Proper Size MotoChic Performance Socks?

MotoChic Performance Socks come in two sizes: Women’s 9-11 and Men’s 10-13. The numbers represent the length of your foot in inches.

Does MotoChic Have A Warranty Policy?

Product quality and customer satisfaction are cornerstones of our brand. If a MotoChic® item has a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it with the same product or one of comparable value at our discretion within one year of the purchase date.

Damages caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, scratched or stained materials, loss of use/time, loss of bag contents, etc. are not covered under the warranty policy.

This limited warranty only applies to products that are purchased from an authorized MotoChic® Gear store or dealer, and your receipt is required for proof of purchase.
